Exchange or Return for Damage:
  • If you have received a damaged product, you can request an exchange or return.
  • In order to process your claim, you will need visual evidence, such as photos or videos, that clearly demonstrate the damage to the product.
  • The evidence provided must be clear and detailed, allowing for proper assessment by our team.
      Exchange for Wrong Product:
      • If you have received a product different from the one you ordered online, you have the right to an exchange.
      • You will need to provide compelling evidence that the product you received does not match your original order.
      • Once the error has been verified, we will proceed to send the correct product as soon as possible.
          60-Day Warranty:
          • All Venner products come with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.
          • This warranty covers any damage, scratches, breaks, quality issues and other manufacturing defects.
          • If your product has any defect within this period, we undertake to manage the exchange or return.

              Exceptions to the Warranty:

              • After 60 days from the date of purchase, no changes or returns will be accepted under warranty.
              • It is important to note that no exchanges or returns will be made without proof of damage or defect in the product.
              • Likewise, all exchange or return requests must meet the requirements mentioned above to be processed.
